About Fiona

Hello, I'm Fiona.

I began my nursing career at the age of 17 and spent many years working in hospitals before moving into aesthetics and community immunisation. I continue to offer aesthetics (wrinkle reduction injections) in Egham and Wokingham, but I also do home visits. I have been doing this since 2003.

Movement and wellbeing have always been an important part of my life. I swim daily and have explored yoga casually since 2000 as a way to support both body and mind. In 2020 I was introduced to Kundalini yoga and breathwork which became a passion of mine.

In 2024, I completed a year-long yoga teacher training course to deepen my practice and understanding. During this time, I went on to complete further breathwork training, experiencing first-hand how powerful and supportive it can be.
